What can I expect from Bouncy Games?
Step right up and prepare to be whisked away into an inflatable world that bursts with sheer joy and colossal fun! 🎈 Bouncy Games is not just any ordinary amusement - it's over 2000 square meters of jump-tastic delights, where laughter fills the air, and excitement bounces off the walls.
Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
1 hour if you purchase the 1 hour pass, or you can spend unlimited time if you purchase the all access tickets.
Where is the experience located?
The exhibit will take place at Exhibition Hub Art Center Chicago (formerly known as Windy City Fieldhouse) - 2367 W Logan Blvd, Chicago, 60647.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, there will be soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and light snacks.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be a store at the end of the experience.
Will there be a cloakroom?
Yes.
Can I eat or drink inside of the exhibition?
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the experience.
ACCESS
Is there an age limit?
This event is for all ages 4+.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Showing up late to your session will not prohibit you from being able to enter, however if you purchased the 1 hour session ticket, it will not be extended further than the original ending time.
Can I smoke or vape?
No.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Are you conducting any bag searches to access the experience?
To ensure the safety of everyone in the experience, our security team might ask to conduct bag searches to the guests.
Is there Parking on site?
Yes, there is parking available close to the venue.
No parking in the lower Target lot, cars parked there will be towed. Third level of Target parking garage is available for use. That address is 2656 North Elston Ave.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, however wheelchairs cannot go inside the jumping area.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
This is an active experience where jumping and obstacles are involved. The experience is primarily visual and with active participation involved.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
No, this event is not pet-friendly, only service animals are allowed. However, they will not be able to go inside the jumping area.
TICKETS
Can I purchase a ticket at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Bouncy Games can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
No, your tickets cannot be transferred for this particular experience. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Generally, Fever tickets cannot be changed or refunded.
However, this experience allows for date and/or time changes up to 48 hours in advance. This option is available by viewing your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where the "Change Date and/or Time" button will appear.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from Google Play and the Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Carers have free entry. Just make sure to show the documentation at the box office. No entry is allowed without documentation.
Do you offer group discounts?
Discounts for groups and schools with a minimum of 50 people. Please fill out the groups form.
MISCELLANEOUS
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

What should I wear to Bouncy Games?
Wear comfortable clothes - socks must be worn at all times on the inflatables.
Are stroller/prams allowed?
They are, however not inside the jumping area.
